Location: Valley Community Center – West Des Moines, IA
Dates: July 3, 5, 10, 12, 16, 17, 24, 26, 31
Elite Camp will consist of 90 minute group workout for boys and girls 7th grade and above. These workouts will cover multiple aspects of the game, will be fast paced and very demanding. The Camp will be led by John Kubrak who is one of Iowa’s top up and coming young coaches. Sessions will start at 6pm to 7:30pm except for the 10th and 12th which will start at 7:30pm. We recommend bringing a water bottle and a positive attitude for ourworkouts.
